Pier Bae Colwyn

 

In 2021 Colwyn Bay's damaged pier was replaced by a shortened version. The 132ft pier is comfortably the shortest in Wales and is officially the second shortest in the UK.3

Bring me Sunshine

 Unveiled by the Queen in 1999, the slightly larger than life-sized statue depicts Eric Morecambe in one of his characteristic poses with a pair of binoculars around his neck (he was a keen ornithologist).
